Ifeanyi Omeke earned his LL.B from the University of Calabar and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993. He also holds a Master’s Degree in law from the University of Lagos. His key professional skills encompass Banking and Finance, Corporate and Commercial Law, Board and Company Secretarial Services, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Copyright and Trademarks, Patents, Real Estate, Solid Minerals Mining, International Trade, and Immigration Services. With over thirty years of relevant experience, Ifeanyi has advised clients across various legal areas and business sectors. He began his career practising law as a Solicitor for nearly ten years before transitioning to the banking industry, where he spent over twenty years and progressed to an Executive Management position. This combination of legal and business experience makes him well-equipped for both legal and strategic advisory services.

Ude Sams Ugbeda graduated in law from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1998. He also completed the Special Executive Masters Programme (SEMP Mini LLM) in International Business Law at the University of Huddersfield, along with other notable courses. His primary areas of expertise include Banking and Finance, Corporate and Commercial Law, Board and Company Secretarial Services, Capital Markets, Mergers, Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring, Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources, Solid Minerals Mining, International Trade, and Environmental Law. With nearly thirty years of relevant experience, Sams has advised clients across various legal fields and industry sectors. He initially practised law as a Solicitor for several years before transitioning to the banking industry, where he spent over fifteen years and attained a senior managerial position before returning to legal practice. Sams combines legal and business advisory expertise.

Reuben Adepoju is a passionate legal professional who earned his LL.B. in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar.
